As
we return to school on Tuesday, January 19, after our Monday holiday, our final section of study in the Epistle to the
Galatians will focus on the ‘Fruit of the
Spirit’ (Gal. 5:22-23). An overview
of our study will include:
*Lecture/Classroom
discussion
*Written
research paper (1 page)
*Oral
presentation of research
*Memorize
Galatians 5:22-23 (New Living Translation – NLT)
But the Holy Spirit produces this
kind of fruit in our lives:
love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these
things!

Annual Fundraising Event – Friday – February 5, 2016
This
year each homeroom is contributing to the CCS GALA event
In
two ways:
1. GALA Sports and Art Baskets - Homeroom for Grade 6 - 8
Our assigned Theme Baskets . . . Sports
and Art
Bring an item(s) that
relate to our ‘Sports and Art’
We will put all these
items in our baskets and
they will be a part of the silent auction that
night
2. GALA Homeroom Grade 6 – 8 Class Project
Every year each homeroom designs a class project to
be in the silent auction. This year our class has selected
to take a class photograph with a very creative
design.
The details on this project are outlined in my email
which includes an attachment of the design.
